Who We Are

Michelle & Lydia are both Registered Psychotherapists who have a passion for mind health and wellbeing at work.

Prior to their careers in mental health, they both worked in the corporate sector at Director level and have a firm understanding of workplace wellbeing and the challenges this brings with it.

Michelle & Lydia both run their own private psychotherapy practices and are fully registered healthcare clinicians in the UK and Jersey.

  • CORPORATE EXPERIENCE

    Michelle Buckles has managed a large customer portfolio for a global security company and was an Account Director for Utility Services. Working commercially she has experience in business development, operations and bid management for national contracts. She is currently a Director of the Board of the Human Givens Institute of Psychotherapy.

    Lydia Falle has an extensive business and marketing background. She had a successful 10 year career with various roles within finance, tech and education recruitment. Before she left the world of marketing, Lydia was the Marketing and Communications Director for the largest group of privately owned education recruitment companies in the UK.

    The Partnership of Counselling and Psychotherapy Bodies (PCPB) is a collaboration of six counselling and psychotherapy bodies with Professional Standards Authority (PSA) accredited registers which between them represent approximately 75,000 therapists.
